Greatest Game Heroes

To be honest, I haven't been satisfied with the voting of the all time greatest game hero poll. So I decided to conduct my own list of the top 20 greatest video game heroes of all time.

(This is my own opinion... but I'm still completely right.)

1. Jak & Daxter

2. Fox McCloud

3. Mario

4. Snake

5. Master Chief

6. Pac-Man

7. Sonic the Hedgehog

8. The Prince (Prince of Persia)

9. Samus

10. Niko Bellic

11. Cloud Strife

12. Tak

13. Kratos

14. Donkey Kong

15. Sam Fisher

16. Simon Belmont

17. Kirby

18. The Apprentice (The Force Unleashed)

19. Link

20. Wander

Lost Frontier!

I'm so friggin' pumped for the new Jak and Daxter game! At first I wasn't so sure about the whole concept of "eco pirates", but after I watched some of the opening cinematic I was convinced that it would be pretty good. But it's a lot to live up to, I mean all of the other Jak games are some of the greatest of all time. But, that didn't stop them with the other sequels.

The Hold Steady

Has anybody out there heard The Hold Steady? They're probably the best band of the 21st Century. Even better than Rise Against and Wilco. They're a bar band out of Minnesota and Brooklyn, they're reviving the classic rock sound of Springsteen and The Replacements. Anybody who likes songs about bars and girls, and that great classic rock sound, you should really check them out.

Spider-Man The Movie

I recently noticed that a lot of people really like the video game for Spider-Man the Movie. And all I can say to that is...why? It's garbage! The webswinging was out of control, the wallcrawling was insanely slow, nothing ever changed with the combat, and they added a giant robot just to keep the storyline moving along! So, why do people like it so much? Oh, and another thing, if you get hit by a helicopter while swinging, Spider-Man actually throws up blood! That's more violent than anything in Spider-Man 2, and that got a T rating! The only good thing about this game, is that Bruce Campbell does the narrating. So, don't hate for this, but I don't see why people love this game.

I rode a Blazing Saddle

What's up gamespot? Let me tell ya, it's pretty cool getting a profile on here, I've been going to this website for years to get gaming info but I didn't think until now to start an account. So, yeah I'm looking forward to it. Obviously, you can tell from my profile that I'm a fan of the movie Blazing Saddles, I'm a huge move nerd. I really like Chinatown, The French Connection, Dr. Strangelove, and The Searchers. You can also tell from my picture that I'm a Joe Strummer fan. I think that he was one of the greatest songwriters of all time, up there with Bob Dylan and Jimi Hendrix. Well, thats just a little about me, like I said I'm looking forward to being a part of gamespot. Later.
