As far as I recall none of those games have the same effect than ME3. A crappy game is a crappy game.As a standalone game is irrelevant, ME3 was the end of a trilogy, a game able to destroy two awesome games. That´s the thing people normally forget, ME3 can be seen as a single game, it has a legacy, or it should have had.

The story everall is simple, and ME2 fails in delivering a good sequel. But it is an awesome game with great moments. At least for me.

ME3 is the most focused... in destroying ME1... No doubt about it.

A game that makes zero sense, that has no respect for previous storyline and ends in the biggest (nihilistic) stupidity ever made is far from being the "least flawed" of anything. ME3 is the worse game I have ever played, that says a lot.

Jokes aside, ME1 and ME2 are two flawed awesome games. ME2 is in fact a bad sequel, but an amazing experience. MEA is simply put, a not good game, it´s meh... ME3 is crap, in that ... no doubt about it.
