uhm... Lets check:

1 - ME1 plot into the trash (intro of the game)...

2 - Deus ex Machina Device (aka dildo plot aka Crucible)

3 - Shepard Paragon/Renegade dead (at least his personality)

Well written is a strong word to be used in ME3...
