This build totals $470 and will run circles around the X1X, will outperform it in every way, and it's cheaper. If you insist on buying new parts, you can build one that will match resolution performance in most cases, and outperform it in frames per second, for the same price, here's the proof:
@sdecker425: That is complete nonsense. My PC cost me $800 a year ago, and it runs circles around X1X, in every aspect. Now you can build one that AT LEAST matches it's performance for the same price (I've done it), and one that outperforms it if you're willing to buy used. You're just being dishonest and spreading misinformation.
@lonesamurai1: Still has the same near-obsolete Jaguar cores, so I wouldn't count on it. There's a reason they marketed it for resolution and rarely mentioned performance.
