Switch is not what I wanted, I would have rather they ditch the mobile element, and make a standard console with a standard controller, somewhere around 2 tflops or so, and put 100% of their focus on games, 1st and 3rd party. That being said, I hope it does well anyway, Nintendo is important to the industry and if they succeed, it drives everyone else to succeed.

@raven2099: I play mainly on PC, but comments like this are embarrassing. I do most of my gaming on PC, but consoles have exclusives, which often turn out to be fantastic games. What kind of gamer would I be if I passed on these games because of some immature fanboy nonsense?

@Triton: Well, I mean, that's always been the case with Nintendo, they haven't been in direct competition with other consoles since the gamecube.

@Mogan: It may have. A lot of it was improv, so while the cast may have played their roles decently, they just weren't funny. Though I doubt Paul Feig would have let anything funny get near the movie, even with a better cast.

@montanheiro75: Well, assuming you are a gamer and didn't just want to play 1 game ever, I'd say it was still a good investment, PS3 had a ton of great games.

@forester057: No game is going to have the same effect on everybody. I'm not a big Zelda fan for instance (heresy, I know, lol).

@pspearman: Because they're better? Or you're accusing them of bias? If so, I'm sure you have done a comprehensive analysis with evidence to back up this theory?

I like the weird marketing. It's better than trying to copy Apple's approach like certain other companies have done.

@REDShadowG: As someone who games on both console and PC, I assure you there are plenty of "special" PC gamers as well.
