I'm excited for it, but with the coming of Mass Effect 2, Bioshock 2, God of War 3, Gran turismo 5 and (especially) Final Fantasy XIII between the months of January - March, I'm not as excited for it as I am for those games.

it's meh, not bad but nothing useful. twitter seems pointless enough to me and seems even more so on xbox live. Facebook is ok, but why would I use it on my 360 as opposed to my computer? Last.fm is pretty neat, seems a lot like Pandora, but I think this is also accessible via computer, and you can't even use it while playing a game. So yeah, it wasn't a great update, but oh well, better luck next time

Pretty much how I feel. It could be good, but somehow I doubt it will be any better than average. I kind of hope it sucks, tbh, just because it eliminates any desire for me to buy it and makes my life a little bit easier hahaha.

The Saboteur... it looks okay, but somehow I doubt it will score anywhere above a 7.5. Which isn't to say it's a fail, but, eh...

Under that logic, music is just a sequence of sounds you hear, movies are just a bunch of colors and noise, paintings are just colors on paper, etc. You're missing the point.

Best announcement of the year IMO. FF13 is my most anticipated game of next year, in fact out of all announced but unreleased games it's my most anticipated. And it's coming much sooner than I expected! I'll be counting down the days for sure.

Mass Effect = best WRPG, Lost Odyssey = best JRPG, between the two I'd say Mass Effect is better... but not by much. Both amazing games.

Dammit... I thought you meant they were selling it for 5 bucks. Lol. That's one of the reasons why I don't sell any of my games anymore. All my games have too much sentimental value to me to be worth selling at all.

I feel this way with most RPGs unless they really nailed the story, characters, and they didn't have hours of dull grinding before seeing another cutscene/character dialogue. I really enjoyed how they did it in Tales of Vesperia.

I feel that way about the best JRPG's I've ever played BECAUSE the story was so good the first time through. Final Fantasy X is my favorite game of all time, and my first playthrough of it was just amazing. But each time I play through it it gets slightly less amazing, simply because I already know what's going to happen, and it feels less genuine. Which is why I only give it another playthrough once every year or two haha.
