Free program called TVersity. Its awesome. They just released a new version last night that fixed issues people were having with the 2.0 firmware. I haven't tested it since then, so I can't vouch for the fix, but you can't beat free. I've also used Nero Media Home and I greatly prefer TVersity. Just check out TVersity.com. They have a forum there too with a section dedicated to PS3. Most any problem you have can be found there with some sort of solution.

"Hyping" games is the most worthless thing I can think of. Why do you care so much about some arbitrary rating some dude/chick gives any game? The only people that should care about a review are the people that made the game, and even then, it has to be taken with a grain of salt. A review is nothing more than 1 person's OPINION!! Sure, I'll check reviews now and again if I'm unsure about a game. But mostly, if I'm unsure, I just don't buy it because I don't have time to play every game that comes out. I certainly don't buy a game just because someone says, "I give this game a 9! Its the greatest thing since sliced bread!" So if you really have enough free time on your hands to worry about such things, try and find something a little more productive and beneficial to the world to do with it. Don't spend it WTFing about some game that may or may not get a review score you believe it should.

I know the new PS3 wireless guitars don't work with the old games, but does the old guitar work with the new game? I know you'd need a USB adapter, but i'm really tempted to stick with my wired guitar untill the blue tooth guitars are released.MattHall
I haven't tested this, and this is probably a better question to as on the GHIII board, but I believe that the PS2 guitars can be used with an adapter as a SECOND controller, but not as the primary. So you can play 2-player using an SG (or whatever) as player 2. Again, I haven't done this, so not positive it works, just what I heard.

How about a little punctuation there dingleberry. You're the kind of person we don't need in the PS3 camp. You jump ship cause you're a closet 360 fanboy. Go ahead and sell, but don't come back here crying this time next year when the pendulum has swung back the other way and PS3 multi-plats are superior.

i think they will both be identical in every way both have a wireless guitar by the way so there is like no difference between the twoclarkportmanken
No, they don't both have wireless guitars. As I just said, the 360 bundle will include a WIRED guitar initially. They haven't finished development on the wireless for 360 yet.

I would think the major difference you would pick the PS3 version is that, as ^ said, the guitar is wireless. The 360 bundle will include a wired guitar with a wireless version to follow some time next year. I say, why wait until next year. Not to mention you don't have to pay for the online play on PS3. I don't play online enough to pay for Live, that's why I love my PS3. Now, honestly, posting this in a PS3 board, what did you expect to hear? This really should be in system wars.

1. Pirates of The Prestige (pretty close there in my book, I have both) 2. FULL METAL JACKET! (if you're a fan of the movie at all, its a great addition to your collection) 3. I don't really like any of these flicks enough to pick, but if I had to, The Devil's Rejects 4. SWAT 5. If you're into music at all, The Last Waltz is a great concert flick, though not perfect for blu-ray because of age, movie wise I'd go with Flight of the Phoenix. Its really all a matter of personal taste.

I definitely agree with the picture and sound superiority. My only gripe is the price point. A standard DVD on release date is sometimes 13-14 bucks. Sometimes when thats sitting next to a blu-ray for 30 dollars, Its kind of hard to make that sacrifice just for picture. Like i really wanted to get Spider Man 3 for blu ray, but I really didnt want to spend double. Once they go down to 20 bucks, then my blu ray library will grow by leaps and bounds :DFvaFshX
I would never buy a blu-ray retail. They can be had online much cheaper. For example, I got both Pirates movies for around $45 shipped as opposed to the $70 it would have cost me retail. All but a select few of movies can be had for $20-25 on the day they are released. Amazon and Buy.com have some movies for $15 now.
