First of all, your specs do not indicate a labtop. Second: Spore will run - but not with all the bells and whistles.

Basically, the 8400 is NOT a gaming card. This one have two (so it is SLI), but I would reccommend that you go for a better card. Go for a 8800GT (yes, this single card will outperform 2x8400) if you are budget restrained.

The rest looks fine.

An 8800GT in a laptop is hardly budget...that would cost you (w/ other specs necessary to handle it smoothly) $2K+

What's RTT? Anyway I love RTS...starcraft=awesome, CoH=awesome but not as good as starcraft and Age of Empires is fun too but havn't played that in. well, ages.
