My guess is that the Close Quarters DLC was included in the update. Just like they did with Vietnam. You had that DLC on your HDD whether you bought it or not.SnakeEyesX80

So basically EA are now informing us to either pay up or get put to the back of the Q..now if this isn't arm twisting I don't know what is.

What it means is if I do not pay an extra premium price I will have to wait even longer for a game on servers we now have to rent...omg!! Call the god dam ombudsman. Watchdog consumer rights.

The most controversial features though are the ability to reset player stats and queue priority into servers. Premium will allow you to reset your Score/Minute, Kills/Deaths, and Wins/Losses stats for your multiplayer profile. The queue priority will allow you to jump ahead of other non-subscribers waiting for a game.

[QUOTE="Rhamsus"]

[QUOTE="bronze_earth"]I just got delivery of my new setup,had a lot of good people here help me choose the right bang for my buck. Just wanted to let you know the guy who built my system over clocked my ivy bridge no probs. Also regarding the USB 3.0 ....apple have a connection that is 3 times faster than 3.0 right now,it was on the gadget show last night,I'm not a fan of apple other than the mandatory iPad tho.

This is my CPU Intel Core i7 3770K (Ivybridge) Overclocked To Approx 4.4GhzC_Rule

I got to 4.6 no problem. You should be able to push that far as well. I am guessing your OC is BCLK at 100 with a 44 multiplier.

What are you load temps like (under Prime or IBT)?

Sorry I don't know I'm a complete novice at the moment but here are the specs of my pc again if it helps. Intel Core i7 3770K (Ivybridge) Overclocked To Approx 4.4Ghz Gigabyte Z77-D3H 16GB DDR3 1333Mhz 1TB SATA3 7200RPM Blu-Ray ReWriter Coolermaster Elite330 850W PSU RealPower Silent Internal Card Reader Wireless LAN N USB Dongle Thermaltake Contac CPU Cooler Windows7 Premium 64Bit USB Keyboard & Mouse AOC E2250SWDA DVI, LED BackLit TFT Monitor Extreme Noise Reduction Kit I am waiting for Saturday before setting up my system when my cousin can help. Then I can answer your question perhaps.

Omg because of this post and your help I have now just saved an extra 300 quid on my setup going to another company,everything stated above remains the same other than a GFX Card change from the Radeon HD 7950 to the Radeon HD7970 3GB and even with that the cost from this company has come down 300 pounds, brilliant I can't thank you guys enough. ......is just waiting now to be told the card is a bad idea,the guy I spoke to said it was 50 quid more than the 7950 but a bit better with fps on bf3 at 96/76. I hope this card is better or has the guy told me wgphat he wants to sell rather than what I need? Thanks. Unless you guys think I need to alter anything then this is my confirmed setup and will be ordering Friday,it actually came in 250 quid cheaper not 300 but still seems like a good deal. Your right these guys on here are great,they have also been helping me and stopped me waiting my cash on a system that looked nice on paper but would have bottlenecked the gfx so now they have guided me to a machine that will run anything now and in the next coupleif years. Check out my built to order desktop,it's not an Alienware but beware I had the Alienware m17 x but sent it back to dell as I realised I spent to mutch on a system brand rather than hardware for the performance I needed. I do want to put you off Alienware laptop sure I do because I don't want you having the same change of heart after you have your hands on it....oh the fan noise on those sounds like a jet engine once they get going also but it just made me feel more like a man than a nerd lol. Here is the setup I have and about to order. Take note it also comes with a 23" monitor in the price... www.uk.gamespot.com/forums/topic/29153980/would-you-please-check-this-setup-for-me?page=1

Ok it's late I have been up all night hunting my perfect pc,it's nw costing me 1500 but I think I did well take a look let me know what you think,I followed your advice on the card and the motherboard but stuck with the i7 as opposed to i5 obviously bringing the cost up more than needed but hey this is my dream machine a one off...for me anyway. Here is what I have come up with if this price is justified to you guys for the tech then great,if not let me know. Allow a couple of hundred for tax and build and shipping and I think it's a fair setup..... Cooler Master Elite 335   CPU Intel i7 3770K (4 x 3.5 GHz) 8MB - Ivy Bridge - (Includes Free Order Of War Game)   CPU Heatsink Intel Heatsink & Fan - Low Noise   Memory 16 GB 1333 MHZ (4x4GB) - (DDR3)   Graphics Card 3GB XFX Radeon HD 7950 Black, Ghost/HCell, 5500MHz GDDR5, 28nm, GPU 900MHz, 1792 Cores, Dual Link DVI-I/ HDMI/ mini DP   Motherboard Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H (Intel Z77)   Sound Card Motherboard Integrated HD Sound   Networking Motherboard Integrated Ethernet Lan (Broadband Ready)   Power Supply Cooler Master GX Lite 600W PSU - Low Noise   Hard Drive #1 1 TB (1000 GB) SATA-III HDD 7200 RPM 32MB   Optical Drive #1 LG (BH10LS38) 10x Blu-Ray Re-Writer/Reader & 16x Dual Layer DVD +/-RW Writer - Black (SATA)   The card costs over 300 quid alone but it's the best they had and was mentioned by you guys,also not showing here is the led 23" monitor included in the price.This build is ready to order but I'm holding off to see what you guys have to say about it. Thanks.

Once again thank you,I thinkmimwill absolutely go with the personal build system,more care and attention over the pre fab dell systems,this confirms my worries with dell. It's going to be custom with an asus board i7 with the card you mentioned,I will also plummet for the new gen ivy bridge . I'm pleased I asked in here before ordering from dell anyway. Any further tips throw them this way guys,cheers.

I could always get the dell order then take it to a shop and get the good gfx card put into it,perhaps they might trade my card? Or I could sell it on eBay...would it be a simple swap of the cards or would I have to alter things I know nothing about?
