Politicians that want to to try and calm down the public (after the mass media has caused all of this hysteria) don't care if video games are art, and neither does the NRA. Both of them have A LOT of money (and power) to make pretty much anything they want happen. Obama is calling for a ban on video games, and the NRA is agreeing with him.
@Scarab83 did you ever stop to think that the reason the crime rates are so high in chicago are that there is a large population of underworld scumbags, and that there's always going to be violent crimes (coming from them) regardless of whether guns are legal or banned? either way (legal or illegal, stiff rules or no rules) the criminals that control that town (which happen also to be the ones who commit all the crimes) will always commit crimes, because they are criminals.
so if anyone takes away the law abiding citizens right to bear arms from that place (or any place) and all that's left are the thug maniacs (with guns obtained illegally from the black market) then there's goingto be no way for law abiding citizens to protect themselves from the underworld thugs who control that town.
and btw guess who it is that continues to push to gun bans, and control guns legislation in that town. THE CRIMINALS. they do this because they know if they succeed they will have a free reign to terrorize and control business owners just like they used to in the 20's and 30's - that's also why they're all involved in the trade unions as well.
if anyone has an argument (in favor of any type of gun control, or gun bans etc...) after listening to what he said (in that video clip) then they're just flat out brainwashed, and are living in denial.

heston (RIP) and the NRA (ted nugent) are pro american conservatives who value traditional america, and it's bill of rights. they are not the same as the leftists that need to be rounded up for treason.
