I'm not sure if you got the memo but what was shown in 2007 wasn't running on ps3 hardware. so whether or not you should call it "watered" is really a matter of opinion... It still looks great to me, i'm hoping it plays well too..

SSBB is indeed a great game in it's own merit but when your comparing it to melee, graphically and playability wise, they're hardly indistinguishable from one another; so ultimately, there isn't anything here we haven't see before. ofcourse, the wii isn't a 360 or a PS3, i still believe that wii games shouldn't be treated any differently. SMG is a brilliant example of what the wii is capable of so, that tired excuse about the wii's graphics can't hold a cup of water. If gamers are indeed wanting more, it's painfully obvious that this is being heard by def ears; getting treated to 'my pets: horses' or something like this adorning the shelves isn't doing either of us any favors. Third parties need to stop trying to capitalize on that novel 'swing a wii-mote', general audience idea and go back to the drawing board. You cant just cut-paste anymore.

i wish they'd quit with all this "potential" crap; 360's embarrassed them and wii took "potential" somewhere else. Sony's coming around, though. Just stay focused on the games, they alone will sell the ps3.

why make such an attempt to justify/legitimize breaking the law no matter how valid the claims being made are regardless of whether the efforts taken by these pirates effect the sale of such products? It's just plain wrong.

what good of it being able to do real-time raytracing if nothing's ever going to use it? a chair is a chair only when you use it as such. what good is a chair if you don't ever sit in it?

I'm not brightest in the world when it comes to some cliques' (i'm not even sure if i spelled that right) when it comes to hardware. Sega had term for what they claimed made their 16-bit wonder leaps and bounds beyond snes, that was 'blast-processing'. it's funny here we are, years later, running into the same technological jargon when comparing white-papers. It has 8 cores, a blu-ray drive and blah-blah-blah-blah; as soon as the devs 'learn' the machine, we will all see it's true 'potential'. We all gobbled that up lock, stock and barrel. Kaz must be somewhere in some geisha-house, laughing his @$$ off about the whole affair, bragging about how he sold the world on PS3. but if your looking for it's power, after devs have had more than a year with it already, i'm sorry about what you see is what you get..

The real question to ask is how old is your motherboard? The reason why I ask this is because usually, the internal batteries on MB's are only good for 3 yrs but that depends on some usage factors. If your battery is hosed, whatever settings you apply to your bios, when you power down your computer and unplug it from the power strip, your settings arent going to stay. I'd try checking the internal battery first; and besides, they don't have viruses yet that can change bios settings yet.
