@cantnj690 Hmm they will be better optimized in the future but will hit a peak a lot quicker. And optimization on the PC for this gen of console is going to be a lot better than on the PS3/Xbox 360, reason being is last Gen consoles at release has a slight advantage over pc for a couple of months. this one is lagging already. and the new AMD Mantle API is allowing PC game devs to optimize games far more efficiently by bypassing DX and interacting with the hardware itself in much the same way as a console does.
In which case you 2 - 3x more efficiently (disputed) becomes far more blurry, Either way I have my PC and both consoles on order exclusives on all 3 are great multi platform releases will be a goto on PC for the quality gains and cheaper to buy.
@EL_Bomberdor Saving grace??? Arma has a core crowd who love the game the company core software is military training software which the british and American forces use.. and Arma is derived from. Saving grace are you ****ing serious it was a nice unexpected surprise for bohemia but did they NEED it umm no Dayz was a pile of trash from the get go.
The massive influx from dayz are the players that the majority of Arma fans who have been there since the flashpoint days want gone..
@BrahManDude @themc_7 @NoblesseOblige_ Depends themc_7 I've not had to many issues finding a server but a good team is generally best to find a good clan with scripters and modders there are some awesome ones out there that make custom campaigns for there members.
@mav_destroyer @willzihang @pezzott1 @jindro @NTM23 of course it would I like both I had arma 3 since alpha I also enjoy GTA I've put off buying GTA until next month whilst im playing the new map on arma 3.
for me arma 3 is more fun with the ability to create my own missions so I will get GTA later. now if a new military flight sim hit the shelves both would be screwed...
@blackace @Sstrawberryjam how is it a stupid comment?? Just because the line up is better than two other consoles does not make it a good line up, TBH I think the line up looks shit as well. but then im betting the PS4 will be just as bad. I doubt we will ever see a "Good" launch line up.
@chiefgul Whilst I agree with your statement about pirating being bad I know a huge group of PC gamers and the ones who shell out the most for upgrades tend to buy all our games, the people who we know of who Torrent games have mid range to low end rigs and cant really afford to buy the games - Not a dig a low income or anything like that btw,
Also of note in our group when we find someone torrenting PC games they get kicked no warnings no second chances and no matter who they are friends with in the group. That said the same thing happens when we find out someone has cracked games for the consoles as well.
The pirating majority are NOT the majority of PC gamers, Just like the comments that all COD fans are 5 year olds are not true. the Vocal majority are!! PS.. Anyone else think CoD ghosts looks like the same old boring junk as the last 3???
