Spoiler, Lockwood is still OP.

I got this just for the simple fact that $15 a year got me $60 in credit ($5 a month) that I’d spend on PS Store cards. This new system of theirs not only hikes up the price but takes away your ability to purchase the store cards; GameStop just keep going from bad to worse.

I think I’m done with the game until this performance gets fixed. The pixelation is absolutely atrocious on PS5. I tried to play through it, but it’s just entirely too distracting. I’m so disappointed in how this launched, hopefully it gets fixed real soon.

“Full premium standalone release”. I’m sure it will be.

@chaosemerald: Agreed. I didn’t go into this looking for my heartstrings to be tugged at. I wanted a game that allowed me to traverse the environment and slay in ridiculous fashion without it being marred by bugs and glitches. This has delivered that experience.

Maybe I’m just extremely lucky, but the amount of bugs I’ve came across in this on the PS5 have been minimal. The only bugs I’ve had are:

1. I think there have been 5 times I’ve encountered enemies that I couldn’t damage and they wouldn’t attack me.

2. I got stuck in a fall animation for a short time while falling near a tree.

Granted, I’ve done all this in single player, but I’m just not seeing the bug ridden game so many speak of and I’m digging it.

So far most of the reviews I’ve seen have noted that the story, art, and characters are great but the gameplay is lacking.

I love a good story, but at the end of the day, I’m playing a game for the gameplay. I might pick this up on sale at some point.
