[QUOTE="Sihanouk"]I think it's obvious that it's a design problem, not just about cheap or expensive components. There might be more than just heat problems from the main and graphics processors. If it's just heat, then cooling components would have been introduced by now and could save Microsoft hundreds per console. Which means that the newer, smaller, less-heat processors that Microsoft has been planning on may not be enough. That maybe why it has taken Microsoft so long. Changing the design to avoid RROD might interfere with the ability to play current games. This might be very negative for Microsoft.
I mean it's been more than 2 years, and Microsoft has given no clear indications yet that it has RROD fixed in the design and manufacturing. If Microsoft can't get RROD fixed by this holiday season, then it's 100% goodbye 360, and hello 720 in 2009 or 2010.

Give it up already. We all know you support Sony.....after all I'm sure they pay you well.
You know absolutely nothing about the 360 and it's problems. You know nothing about programing. You know nothing about the Cell or it's weak sidekick Risk. What you do know is how to be one of the biggest fanboys in SWs. Your knowledge is limited and boring. Mayeb you should be devoting your time learning or impressing girls without BR.
Excuse me, but how is he being a fanboy? He's just pointing out what he thinks about the 360. There's no reason why you should get so defensive about your system. My friend (a girl gamer like me) has the RROD and she now plays her PS3 more often now. She hasn't even gotten it fixed because she told me it would be $40.00 to send it to get it fixed.
The 360 isn't a perfect system, but neither is the PS3. At least the PS3 was built to last.
i can't freakin believe this xboys actually think that mgs4 is going to come to the 360 xD
masterplayer
*chuckles* Me neither. That game's too big for them to handle.
[QUOTE="masterplayer"]insert disc 13 ^^ oh yeah still laughing xD[QUOTE="Cloud_in_midgar"][QUOTE="masterplayer"]still laughing mgs4 for the xbox 360 xD[QUOTE="Cloud_in_midgar"][QUOTE="Juggernaut140"]wasn't there a 360 list on the first page?Cloud_in_midgar
Yes you are correct and i will make a better one, once the angry metal gear solid nerd calms down, (im gonna go on a wild guess and say with his simple unlogical arguments hes about four.)
Well since two and Three where originally slated as PS2 exclusives how do you see my view as illogical? and why do you keep on repeating yourself? by now you reolise i have figured out that you are laughing at me yes? i understand that and yet you continue to tell me you are laughing at me. Also why do you feel the need to get so ******* heated and ******* pretend to ******* swear at me every third word? I think you need some sleep im sure its been a hard night of trolling for you yes?
You dont think with microsofts compression skills they can fit it on a 360 disk? anyway even if it dosent come out on 360 we have a wealth of games that you do not.
(btw all flaming aside "insert disk 13" made me laugh)
Lol, a wealth of games? I'm sorry buddy but...the PS3 list is bigger. :]
[QUOTE="imprezawrx500"]Err, Uncharted > Fable 2 saolin323
Uncharted is a 7 hours shooter, it is rather a joke than a game, and the graphics are now last gen comparing to the huge detailed world in Fable 2, the stunning lighting that is Crysis level, with HUGE levels, not paths, real forests, not a few trees in walls around the tiny emtpy spaces, real grass, not one blade per mile, and real trees, not those craps in Uncharted
Also any RPG is miles ahead of any mere crappy linear tiny shooter like Uncharted, sorry
1. Uncharted's graphics are not last gen. They're actually quite gorgeous.
2. The gameplay is fun and addicting.
3. It's one of the best action titles on the PS3.
[QUOTE="Serbiam"]1. MGS4
2. Killzone 2
3. Little big planet
4. Resistance 2
5. Wardevil
6. God of War 3
7. GT5
8. Final Fantasy
9. Uncharted 2
10. Motorstorm 2 (loved the first, IMO)
11. Little big planet
12. Haze
13. Socom
14. Eye toy
15. Eye of judgement
16. Splinter Cell5 (expect it on PS3 at some point, this is Ubisoft.
17. Heavy Rain
18. eight days..(supppose to be big)
19. Alone in the Dark (timed console exclusive) STILL ON THE PS3
20. GTA4 expansions for 360 only (still on PS3, regardless)
21. Best graphics by miles (360 has nothing even millions of miles close to uncharted and killzones 2 graphics)
22. Rumble with dualshock 3
23. Custom music in games
PS3 has no equal for me, it is the absolute console
Cloud_in_midgar
Yeah you mentioned little big planet twice due to the absolute lack of games you have, also im pretty sure eye of judgement is already out, and most of the games you mentioned are soon to be available on the 360, just face it the 360 has a bigger fan base and all the games you listed werent worth mentioning.
Um, weren't worth mentioning?
In whose book?
MGS4, Killzone 2, Resistence 2...they're going to be hard hitters.
The only thing that is irking me is that the OTHER system gets all the kudos and praise. I'm just tired of the PS3 getting dissed because the OTHER system came out first. So what?! oh well just wait until the MAJOR games come out and then we'll see who's REALLY on top. Just remember: Sony has been winning the war with every system they have come out with and this will be no different......

I feel the same way. It irritates the hell out of me. And what irritates me more is the fact that people brag just because they have two consoles. Good for them, but there's no reason to brag. I buy consoles based on what they can offer in terms of how long it lasts and what games are coming up that I'll be interested in. Sony has no failed with their consoles and they won't fail with the PS3's. Developers need to stop being lazy and start tapping into the power of the PS3.
Ninja Gaiden Sigma
Assassin's Creed
Devil May Cry 4
And a few PS2 games.

Hoping to pick up Uncharted, Haze, Metal GearSolid 4, and maybe Dark Sektor as well. xP
The "takes time to deliver a good product" is flawed because how many people would care if Home comes out in early 2009 when the virtual world concept been already heavily overdone? When taking that much of time to release, no matter how good the original idea was, it's already obsolete. In the end, any monkey can work a good product up if given the time to, it doesn't mean it's a kickass application.

How so?
Care to back that up?
