[QUOTE="zouhou"]i have to say lair all the way what are your thoughtssavinger

Assassin's Creed or Kane and Lynch, they both looked amazing and then ended up being stinkers

Why didn't you like Assassin's Creed? I loved it. Sure there's no replay value, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Will preorder the sequel for sure.

I like Assassin's Creed too. Once I beat Sigma in Very Hard Mode and Devil May Cry 4, I'm playing that game.

[QUOTE="POPEYE1716"]WOW your on your 3rd ps3 and your Wii skips bro you need to take care of your things better than that man seriously no reason you should be on your 3rd ps3(yeah i know ps3 do fail). take better care of your stuff.x-2tha-z

I do look after my stuff. Who said I didn't? Don't assume anything. You have no idea what you're talking about. I have games from the PS1 days that are in pure mint condition. Not a single scratch on the disc.

The first PS3 I had kept crashing. Sony sent me a replacement that also had problems and was covered in scratches and fingerprints. The consoles Sony send you aren't new. They call them re-manufactured.

Instead of getting another one from Sony I took it back to the store, with my receipt from the first PS3, and traded it for a brand new retail 60GB. That one only lasted two months. I had only used it a couple of times for games and watched a few Blu-ray movies. First time it crashed I was using the web browser. Shortly after that Uncharted crashed then the disc drive stopped working.

I've only had my Wii since just before Christmas '07. The very first time I loaded Wii Sports I could here the disc skipping and the game took about 5 minutes to load. I knew there was a problem straight away. The same thing happened with Metroid 3 so I phoned Nintendo and they fixed the problem and had my Wii back to me within a week. The Wii was faulty from the day I bought it. I've worked in warehouses for large retail chains and I've seen how the stock is handled. The Wii could've easily been mistreated and dropped on more than one occasion.

And to the person who asked about firmware I can't say for sure the exact firmware version. My PS3 is always up to date with the latest firmware though so it would've been whatever was the current version at that time. There's been so many different versions who keeps track?

Sorry for writing so much. I know some of you have trouble reading anything longer than three sentences.

That really sucks. I hope Sony addresses this issue because...it may become a big one and nobody wants that happening. I hope things work out for you.

Ninja Gaiden and Uncharted.

Why?

Sigma is amazing and kick ass...but be warned of the learning curve and crazy AI.

Uncharted is a beautiful game and looks like it has good replay value. I have to buy along with MGS4,

[QUOTE="Dion4ever"]I don't mind sitting close, I mean it's not that close, is it? I think 3-4 metres is long enough, however if you are much older and bigger than I am you may feel different. I just suggest buy two controllers like some of the others have said. thattotally

do you guys... I mean... are you illiterate or something? oh my goodness!

you know what I just dont care anymore screw it

why quote this guy when you did not responed to the others and thank them that they gave you good ways to charge your controlers. buy another one or get a longer cord or connect it in your pc. no the controler does not recharge when standby. but you seem like a troll when you quote the worste responce to your problem instead to the guys that tried to help you.

well acually I was referring to just this guy. The rest provided some nice solutions, so thanks. but unfortunately some of the suggestions dont apply to me since I dont have the oppurtunity for such and such

anyway wow plugging in the USB to my computer? is that even possible  ? I mean wow how far has technology gone.

anyway I like this Folding@Home idea, but I dont know what it is excatly, or how I can access it on my ps3...

but thanks guys for the varied and helpful posts!!

Yep, you can plug it into your USB port on your computer. I found out about that at youtube. I never knew that either...xP

ive already had 2 sixaxis controllers screw up on me
one controller has a messed up tilt its always tilting up there for i cant use it for uncharted, heavenly sword, warhawk etc...
and the second one has a slightly messed up left stick it doesnt seem to recenter itself properly somtimes and will get stuck in moving forward position

and before anyone flames me about not taking care of my controllers my orignal ps1 and ps2 controllers that came with my consoles are still in perfect shape(minus wear and tear)

xxgunslingerxx

I had a controller that did that to me. I had to buy a new one...and that one did some very weird things...like my character moonwalked. I was playing Ninja Gaiden Sigma and Ryu was walking backwards instead of going in the direction I wanted him to go. I took it back again and I got a new one with no problems.

Technology isn't perfect though. :/

You can charge your controller on your computer you know...

If you have a USB port, you can plug in the controller from there. I charge mine like that all the time and my controller is always charged.

Had mine since August 2008 and it works pretty well. A few freezes here and there but I always cross my fingers and toes and hope it'll stay that way.
