A bit obvious. People buy the game with no demo, sell it on because they don't like it. People buy the game from a demo, more success, but if they hate it, they won't buy it. Simple.
@Lord_Sesshy Me too. Then you would have a PHYSICAL copy, and a digital copy. Physical copies are still important to me, but I would have prefered not to have had to put them in.
Why didn't they do a 50/50 effort so people that wanted to put the disc in could, and people that wanted to 100% install could, with the 24 hour check?
@lilcurt1978 @cf_Kage Digital isn't as safe as physical. If Microsoft somehow dropped service, no more games. Heck, I can still play Megadrive/snes games at home. Imagine 15 years from now if you'd like to replay a game, and your digital copy as somehow expired?
Physical is where its at. 50/50 would have allowd me to have kept the discs safe, and played from the hard drive
@SpicaAntares @cf_Kage That is true. I mean, I'm not fat. I play DDR/ITG. I'm pretty fit. Saying though, that selecting from a list and hitting play isn't easier and more efficent? I'm sorry, but I much prefered it the way it was. Least a 50/50 would mean you could use the disc AND/OR install fully if you wanted, with the 24hr checks
