Hoping for a good game, but looks like Disney is trying to replicate the stupidity of microtransactions in Battlefront 2 and Avengers again. F2P and quality content do not go together unless you like to waste your time on repetitive content to unlock trinkets.
@esqueejy: The game is based off a pen and paper RPG called Cyberpunk 2020 so CDPR itself isn't entirely at fault here. The only real is the trademark being used to block other video games with Cyberpunk in their name but given CDPR's own published statements they cannot really sue as long as there isn't a direct confusion (like someone releasing a mobile knock-off called CyberPunk 2). It's not a complicated situation, but a thorny one.
This video made me realise that it's been over 10 years that I've been coming to Gamespot and despite the frequently messed up comments section, it's still a great place to visit on the Internet, all thanks to the dedicated efforts of the staff. So thanks to you all if you are are reading this!
Please for the love of all that is good in web design provide an option to view the entire deck in one single list, clicking through bite sized items 13 times is just plain stupid, slow and irritating.
@rabih55555: What's wrong with Denuvo? Does it cause system instability or performance issues with the game? Does it restrict modding? Reports so far indicate no such issues.
@kazeswen: I disagree, most movies are flops with a few major hits keeping the studios afloat. Only a major falling out between the studio and one of its star directors would cause such a split such as repeated insufficient performance or some personal problem between the people involved. Being practical means being tolerant in this business.
Who in their right mind would want to join a company that treats its employees like slaves, kicks out and treats its top developer who delivered a top-selling game like crap and then proceeds to wholesale lie to its customers and repeatedly attempt failed cover-ups?
Sad that almost all of the deals affect only the newer systems and in a bid to prevent older gen consoles from undercutting sales the PS3 is selling for almost the same price as these marked down PS4 bundles (and sometimes more).
