[QUOTE="Jbller3"] Whaddya think about Just Cause 2 though? How about Far Cry 2? Venom_Raptor
That's what I meant aboout Just Cause 2. The Planes and Jets are awesome, but there is one main city that is very small and lifeless. Otherwise your in the desert, jungle, ocean and arctic desert (talk about a change of climate in such a small distance) with small settlements in between. I have the demo.
Far Cry 2, I have reservations about. It's supposedly repetitive and not much civilian interaction. Far Cry 3 however, looks great.
I like an urban setting, and a good story. Mafia 2 looks good (I'm not "in" to side things like poker). Killing rampages are more of my cup of tea. I have the demo.
Any other similar games?
What? One main city that is very small and lifeless? Definitely not. Just Cause 2 has one of the largest open world designs in a game to date. The main city alone is massive, and there are many moderately sized ones spread all over the various terrain. Judging from a demo is a poor decision to do.
Far Cry 2 is amazing! Mafia 2 is what I would class as small and lifeless in terms of open world. Plus it's short with nothing to do outside of the story.
Umm, no!
Panau City is definitely not big at all! And it's the main city.
Mafia 2's city is large, has some shops. I like going on rampages, so Mafia 2 is tight.
