@CieloPerso @clynch0527 yea, but what video games cause them to go to war? apparently to these idiots, video games cause violence...war is violence, so what video game caused ww1 and 2, and the vietnam war?
@warhawk-geeby youre right, and youre wrong..20 years is a bit extreme. the monetary fine, is agreeable..but as one guy stated, murders and rapists have gotten less.
@Vodoo companies like gamestop, used games are the main source of profit for them. they don't make that much off of new game sales. they have to rely on second hand titles. if that is really your main source of income, why would you have to give money to the other companies? i understand where you're coming from, but thats like you selling a game on ebay, and having to give the company that made the game a part of the profits. it wouldn't feel right, would it?
@Gallowhand @clynch0527 @isheltoe True, but Ubisoft learned their lesson with Anno 2070, and issued a statement saying they will not make that mistake again. but hey, things can change. I see Microsoft backing companies with the AODRM more than Sony would.
and before anyone argues that sony took the idea from other companies. i would like to point out that the ps4, is the first CONSOLE announced with this capability."
my comment before that said we can add to the list of things that microsoft copied from other companies. in this case, meaning the idea to add video recording and streaming into the console. NO WHERE did i state or imply that sony created the technology.
