Oh boo hoo. Poor Ubisoft. Assassin's Creed was a pitiful excuse of a port of a game that was mediocre to begin with. It was so half-assed there was no option in the menu to quickly exit the game. You had to go through something like three menus, including one which actually logs you back into the game, just to exit, and it could take several minutes. They put no effort into adapting the controls for keyboard and mouse. When companies crap out a turds like the PC port of Assassin's Creed, is it any wonder that they get pirated to hell and back? And then you have EA with it's draconian DRM for games like Mass Effect and Spore. You only get three installs/activations. You don't even own the game in that case. It's just an incredibly expensive rental.
When companies clearly don't respect us as consumers, why should they expect us to show them any respect in return?
