Google a program called CPU-Z. Download and run it. That will tell you exactly what kind of processor you have.

PC Power and Cooling sells Dell form factor PSUs, but as I said, if you have a Pentium 4, it would be a waste of time and money to upgrade.

That actually has a Pentium 4 according to the specs I'm seeing online, which is fairly worthless for any of the more intensive modern games. You would also have to upgrade the PSU with one that uses the proprietary Dell form factor to support a decent video card. I wouldn't waste my time or money. Save up for a new PC instead.

You want an honest opinion? It's complete garbage. A Celeron, no video card, a generic PSU? Don't buy this if you know what's good for you.

You should be able to easily reach a stable 3ghz. Beyond that it's anyone's guess. Some CPUS and setups overclock better than others.

It's telling you to install the OS. Put the windows cd in the dvd drive.

Half Life 2 and any of the other Source based games will run just fine.
