DO YOU GUYS NOT UNDERSTAND THE REAL REASON FOR THE 2ND AMENDMENT?

it wasnt for competition, hunting, fun or any other bull crap the media has fed you.

I was for protecting against TYRANNY IN THE GOVERNMENT

This means if the government starts a cue and tries to take over the people will have a fighting chance.

MANY say if these laws existed in countries like Germany we would have never even needed to go to war because the people would have fought back

THE REAL REASON IS TO FIGHT AGAINST THE GOVERNMENT!!!

snoopeymaster

Exactly. A government should fear its people, not the other way around. The second amendment exists to give the politicians a healthy fear of assassination should they decide to become tyrants. It's part of the reason our democracy has lasted so long.

They should be fine. The 9600GT was a good choice as it has minimal power requirements. You shouldn't need to upgrade the PSUs.

i haven't washed my car in at least two years, let alone wax it, so I'm probably not the person to ask. It's a honda. It's basic transportation. I don't care that much about it or how it looks.

They're both fine. Just buy whichever card has the best price/performance ratio within your budget.

The 8800 cards were a great long term investment if you bought around launch. I got my 8800GTS in January of '07 for around $330 after MIR, and still see no reason to upgrade any time in the near future. It was one of the better computer related purchases I've made.

The only other video cards I can think of with this kind of longevity were the Radeon 9700/9800 cards, which were also very revolutionary in their day.
