I have a Gigabyte EP45-UD3P and I'm trying to overclock Q6600 to 3.00GHz. I set the Bus speed at 333 with a multiplier of 9x, now the problem is, when I open CPU-Z the multiplier says 6x (2GHz) and will jump up every other minute for about 2 seconds to a 9x multiplier. Is it CPU-Z that is making this mistake or is my set up wrong?
