I played the demo for Legendary and thought it was a good game, actually has a little old school taste and a great graphics in my opinion, Why such low rating any one have a thought?teacher4tc
We must have played different demos that game was terrible. The enemies were not fun to kill just really annoying. I couldn't imagine having to cut off were wolf heads for 8-10hrs. The whole slash across the screen was cheesey and the grenade throwing mechanics felt way off. The game was very linear no choice in which way to go, Also the 10 or so seconds it tokk to open a door was really annoying, as was stopping to collect the purple energy which should have hapend autommaticaly if I stopped moving in the vicinity of it. I was really looking forward to this game It was the most wasted potential of 08. Oh and it was ugly.
or just change your time settings of your xbox 360 to like 2020 and get unlimited gold? just throwing it out there.:Dsch15m
What he said just make sure you are not connected to live
Fable II
Oblivion GOTY
Mass Effect
Infinate Undiscovery
Eternal Sonata
absolutely hated Fallout 3
I like achievements. I think they give the game a better accomplishment value. It is also a good indicator of when you are actually done with a game. For instance, I have like a 22,000+ gamerscore, but not because I go after it, but because I've played about 250 games since launch. And no I don't own these, I just have gamefly.njnaz765
I have around 36,000 and I own my games but I put in 60-70 hrs a week at work. I do go after certain achievements ones that I think would be fun to get. Once it starts to get overly frustrating I walk away, but I love achievements like Man vs Tank in left4dead or fighting the giant optional bosses in lost planet. But the past two Call of duty games I've gotten stuck on the last level on veteran and as soon as it stopped being fun I dropped the difficulty down.
I could have 1000/1000 in fable but I don't want my hero to be goth
[QUOTE="kozzy1234"][QUOTE="chex81"]i didnt like the demo at all and figured the full game was the same premise...am i wrong?

I didnt like the demo either man, at first i enjoyed the graphics, but i just didnt like it after a few plays of the demo.
But luckily i gave the full game a try and i have enjoyed it a heck of alot.
For some games a demo just doesnt do the full game justice (especially an rpg, thats why i rarely download a rpg demo).
Definatly worth a rent to see how you enjoy it, then if ya like it maybe buy?
cool thanks...ill wait for a price drop when its $30 or something. Im not a JRPG fan, but i rarely find one thats enjoyable...usually 1 or 2 per generation, maybe this is one. Another i want to play but keep holding off on is Eternal Sonata.
I tried the demo again yesterday and I couldn't get into the combat. There was no tutorial but is there some way to run around the battlefield in 3D like Infinate undiscovery, Eternal Sonata or Star Ocean? I love JRPGs but I don't get what everyone sees in this games beside the graphics.
