My budget excluding the card is around 500-600 dollars. Soo around $1200 for my rig.

@7tizz: All technical performance sites have reported that Xbox has lesser resolution and FRAMERATE in many games.

The Xbox one can't beat the ps4 in technical performance. Not by a longshot. The only game I remember that was smoother was the broken piece of mess which was called Assassins Creed: Unity. The Xbox one is a bad joke which has gone for far too long. No quality exclusives. Bad performance on 3rd party games, all games get ported to PC. Spending $350 to play Halo?
