Can I install a second sata harddrive(320gig)? My PSU is 300watts. I have P4 2ghz, Ati Radeon 9600xt, 19" Samsung widescreen LCD monitor, a Sony DVD rom drive, Creative Inspire 5.1 speaker system, Maxtor sata 160 gig, 512mb ram, a wreless mouse and a keyboard. Is my PSU enough for a second harddrive?
i've just bought a samsung 940bw but there seems to be a problem. when i put the resolution to its native resolution 1440x900 the screen shows a weird display, lots of lines, colors, i can't even view anything. but when i set the lcd to a lower resolution everything seems fine. i have no idea about this problem. is the lcd defective or my graphics card ati radeon 9600xt just can't handle the resolution? [ note: i'm not running any program.]
also, is it harmful for the lcd to use a lower resolution rather than its native resolution? please help. thanks in advance.
I know 19' widescreen LCD's are wicked get one of those. The 8800GTS would kill every game at that res too! I have Wide and everygame from 2005-now has it. Well most games do but theres a site for widescreen gaming patches forgot the adrees tho lolLouieV13
using those widescreen gaming patches, will not a game with no wide sceen compatibility appear somewhat stretched?
at the moment i'm using a 17in desktop monitor. i'm planning to upgrade my pc as well as my monitor ,which is 'acting weird' nowadays. considering that i'll be upgrading to a conroe 2 duo, 8800gts 320mb, 2gig ram, which will i get?
19in flat desktop, 19in lcd, 19in lcd widescreen, or 22in lcd widescreen.
getting an lcd worries me about durability because i'll be using my pc mostly on games, and also about changing the resolution.
getting a widescreen looks nicer but there aren't so many games with widescreen compatability. if you play a game on a 4:3 screen, it doesn't look nice because of the darkened sides.
i really don't know which way to go. please give me some suggestions. thanks in advance.
strange :\
try checking the cable is in properly. might of come loose?
or maybe your graphics card could be dying.
I doubt that though how long have you had it?Ephexis
funny. when my monitor changes into a dim colour i just tap it once or twice and it goes back to its normal colour. the problem seems to be inside the monitor. i have had my monitor for about 5 years, my graphic card, ati 9600xt, for 3 years.
thanks for your reply.
i can't fix this problem. my monitor suddenly changes into dim colour, somewhat green or yellow. please help.
Does anybody have cheats for this game? I just can't get the hang of the mini game, throwing up on the chef.
Thanks in advance.
