Alright let me clearify a bit. Basically I'm going to watch 3D content alot more on my pc, which is why I was considering a 3DTV, the steering wheel will be used on my PS3 for now.. another thing is that the monitor I'm getting is a passive display. Does that also mean I won't be dependent on Nvidia Vision for 3D gaming?

So I'm sort of in a decision making process, and I require your opinions!

Exhibition A:

I spend all the money I've saved up on a 3d monitor (LG D2342P), Then wait another month and spend the same amount on a G27.

Exhibition B:

Instead of spending all of my saving on a monitor, I could split it in half and get a 23" 1080p Monitor coupled with a Driving Force GT. Then buy something else next month.. like a Nexus 7.

Did you take your PS3 with you when you left and have it hooked up to an HDTV? I ask because if you did you probably forgot to change it back to accept SDTV signal back at your place. That's why you can't see anything because it's still set up for HDTV output and you're now connecting to SD. Just a thought.Kravyn81

Yes it's still set up for an HDTV. The issue is that after I turn it on, and try to reset holding the power button.. I don't hear any beeps or does it reset or turn off unless I flip the switch at the back!

Hey Guys,

I flew back to univesity last night. Upon arrival I hooked up my PS3 and thought I'll play online. Since I have a SDTV at my apartment, I turned on the PS3 and decided to video reset. Didn't work.

After turning my PS3 on, I tried to hold the power button to reset/turn off but it wouldn't beep. I can't exactly see whats going on either on screen. I noticed the HDD indicator starts blinking when I press "O" on the controller.. but to no avail. Any advice?

I'm going to try hook up my ps3 to an HDTV tomorrow at my cousins and see if I can see what's wrong.

Help.. :(
