Should Iraq be spending that kind of money on fighter jets, when hospitals, schools and infastructure are in such ruin? Should the US be selling weapons to Iraq again, seeing how that turned out in that past? Not too mention the fact that the jets are worth much less,

Why are you so worried about this? America isn't. They're looking to make a quick buck. They aren't worried because they're going to embed kill switches in the main system which allows them to shut down the offensive capabilities or even the entire plane itself. They wouldn't let their own weapons go against themselves.

A few years ago people used to game online on connections of 512k/1mb (with no lag), which at that time was perfectly fine. It also depends on your distance from the server. A 10mb connection is largely overkill tbh.
