Well I need to replace my 2GB OCZ 6400 since I'm getting slow downs and it's limiting my OC. So what kit should I choose?

G.Skill PK series?
Kingston HyperX?
Other?

I don't want to spend more than 70GBP shipped. Pref with some sort of shipping method other than Royal Mail.

I'll always trust the PC community to make a big deal of something small. COD4, and W@W were fine on the 360, which had no dedicated servers. It's not really the type of game that needs them. Mods? Who the F uses mods with CoD? brandontwb

Play a PC game such as counterstrike sauce and you'll fully understand why this will suck. Take it from an ex Halo 2 player(Xbox) and a current sauce player.

To be perfectly honest, I can see this going only one way.

The singleplayer isn't worth the price. Since it'll only be about 6 hours long.

The multiplayer will suck. Ping and latency will be shocking.

Because of this it'll get pirated to death since there's nobody will want to spend £35 on a 6 hour average single player but there's naff all to play at the moment.

IW will complain it sold badly because of piracy and not because of a half baked console port with naff multiplayer and no league support.

The next MW will be a console exclusive.

I used to visit GameSpot quite a lot. It absolutly blows now though. After moving away from my 360 and more towards my PC I've realised just how bad it's gotten.

I flick on IGN and the PC site is updated quite often. Reviews are out fairly quickly and well written. Well, I think the PC section of this site is updated once a week at most? The reviews are late and they miss out big releases unless they're a multi-plat. In which case we just get a copy and paste job from the 360. At least IGN does individual console reviews.

The site has really gone down hill, and it sucks because giantbomb is just as bad and never took off. I slowly stopped visiting the forum and rarely come here now. I'm not even sure they actualy have any PC reviewers anymore

Gamespots forums are the biggest traffic pullers to this site. It's a forum site that does reviews and stuff on the side.

It's a real shame given what it used to be a few years ago. And given the history of mods on this site, this post will probably get deleted within a few hours and I'll get banned. Ah well. **** happens.

On topic: Risen is a sick game, it's what Gothik 3 should have been.

I dont complain about the cost as I would never ever play a game that you have to pay to play.....thats just down right retarded too do so. Once I have bought it I sure am not going to pay someone to play with it. Thats like buying a radio and then having to pay to listen to it.

I do it, it interests me what sort of hardware others have, so I'd assume others might be interested in mine too. For example, if I see a guy talking about water cooling and obviously talking out of his ass and check his specs and see no relevence to W/C I'll call him out on it. Same for very evident ATI bashing and then something like NVidea 4 lyfe or something in their sig.

They're usefull for asking questions too, like how is that part etc, since you might be thinking of upgrading to it. I've done that quite a few times.
