[QUOTE="Kid-Atari"]Cool how is it? I should probably just go for it it's only $0.99 right now. By the way do you have a game center ID? I definitely would buy it. I believe it's only a dollar for a limited time. Better to take advantage of the sale now than to regret it later.Mortal Kombat is already on iOS! Check it out! It's got local wifi/bluetooth multiplayer. As for Batman Arkham City.. I haven't played it yet but from what I've seen it shares similar mechanics to Infinity Blade.

I hope this isn't true, because the majority of my friends/relatives aren't willing to plunk down over $1000 for a computer solely for gaming. I've got a pretty sweet rig myself, but this very reason alone is why I ultimately play more multi-player games on consoles with "mere mortals." I'm a huge fan of PC gaming, but you've got to have a pretty solid boner up your rectum to actually WANT the death of consoles. One by one console developers are fleeing the sinking ship. Bioware is making the old republic a pc exclusive, alan wake now on pc, the next metal gear solid on pc, capcom now develops it's games with pc in mind first while ea is surprised by the great sales of Bf3 on pc plus countless more examples. Steam just hit 5 million concurrent users during the weekend which is probably more than psn and xbox live combined.
Windows 8 will also be able to play xbox games while kinect is coming for pcs early 2012. Developers are sick of increasing costs, working with outdated hardware and underage console customers... The final nail in the coffin is coming soon when the next gen consoles focus completely on casuals. Pc gaming though will always be there while console gaming will be a thing of the past soon, all the evidence is there. The only thing that consoles have left is call of rehash lol
P.S. if you cant face the facts dont post
P.S.2 posts from users with less than half my gamespot level will be ignored

So I DLed the game. It's essentially a mix of old-school mortal kombat using 3D models now, instead of the digitized human sprites from the old. They've included most of the modern characters as well.
Pretty solid multiplayer fighting game, up there with King of Fighters and Street Fighter 4.
