I hope JRPG's get there own genre category, there a lot different from say a Mass Effect RPG. Another thing I would love to see is in my collection of games list I have a large backlog of games I own but haven't played much yet, or finished. It would be cool to have a finished list and a backlog list as part of my collection some how. Another thing I would like to see return to the forums is a dislike or thumbs down option for a comment. The way it is now people have to leave a negative comment or a disagreeable comment to voice their dislike of a comment. I think the lack of that tool has had an effect on the problem of vile negative comments rising.
Good article by Eurogamer, what Fergal Gara said makes sense. It's nice to have an article that isn't bashing the competition but just's gives a persons view on the industry.
@Rizer Thank you, your reply was better at what I was trying to say. People just need to stop with the hate, we all like games just not always the same ones.
@ezquimacore @digitaltiger What new features? A tablet with a touch screen, big deal. A old Zelda game? Still using wii remotes, nothing new there. The Wii U is overpriced and depends on gimicks controls. Also still no good games!
I think some of the Eddie Makuch articles that are about obvious info are part of the problem. They seem to invite angry comments by stating info that is known to be sensitive and will cause arguments. Week after week Eddie pokes at sensitive topics with pointless articles in an attempt to start off a big flame war in the comments section. Some people try to say something that will get them on Feedbackula and the comments get more nasty. GS is partly to blame for things getting out of hand because they are setting up these comment wars, at least that's how it appears. I can't blame GS for the really stupid and hateful stuff being said, we users also must take responsibility for our comments and be more respectful of others opinions. This pointless anger is not just here on GS I have been seeing it rise all over society world wide for many years now.
