Drop the prices of games and maybe this will work.

I can't see any of the 3 dropping out in 2012, but if I were Sony and MS I wouldn't be thinking about coming out with any new consoles until the global economy stabilizes. This could take 3 to 5 years but its to shaky right now to be taking big risks. I think the Vita will be successful but its not going to break any sale records and Nintendo needs a HD console so I think the WII U will do well but not as well as the WII when it came out. The gaming industry needs to focus more on quality games instead of quantity and title numbers, people are going to be buying fewer games and I know I am not going to pay $60 plus dollars for the same sub-par gaming experiences over and over again. Games need to be more innovating and less generic to survive the upcoming hard times.

Nice upgrade, theres some new improvements for both younger and older users.

Looks like a good improvement, I like the new contect to a external monitor feature the most. It reminds me of the Gameboy Player attachment for the Gamecube, which I like a lot. One big concern for me is the battery life. Its way to short on the original, exspecally when you compair it to the DS battery life. They say the power consumption is down but the battery is also smaller, I hope the battery life is better but it doesn't sound like it.
