Believe me I know. Managed to beat Demons Souls and Dark Souls 2, just, yeah.

I DID end up getting past O & S this year, after I spent about 1 1/2 hours running around trying to summon help.

Then I got to the giant skeletons in the catacombs (after killing pinwheel or whatever) and just...lost interest I guess.

I preferred DS2 to DS1 mainly because the online wasnt broken and it was more forgiving by allowing you to permanently wipe out an area of enemies before a boss, meaning the punishments for dying during a boss fight were no where near as monotonous as in the first one.

I gave up on DS1 after I bought it because I couldn't beat Ornstein and Smough, couldnt summon any multiplayer help due to awful GFWL servers, and because having to spend 5 minutes travelling and 5 minutes fighting enemies every time I failed got real old real fast.

Shame cos the world is SO much more interesting in DS1

I've only had a single issue when the game's sound disappeared and the game locked up after a boss fight around 50 hours in. But that's on PC

Well after 12-13 hours with it, I haven't run into any major bugs or other issues.

Some towns cripple the framerate though, but when im running around the fields and stuff i get decent framerates.

playing on a mix of medium, high, ultra with a pretty average rig (AMD Phenom II x4 850 @ 3.33GHz with a GTX 660 Ti and 8GB RAM).

Loving it so far
