The posts here are ridiculous. People put their ideas of god in a realm that cannot be properly discussed rationally... which makes no sense. Nothing should be put into such category. For example, "I just know he is real" or "I feel it" or other such similar nonsense. None of those feelings prove anything nor suggest anything other than you being delusional. Other new age definitions of god are so diluted of meaning that well... they don't mean anything. Example, "god is energy," "god is consciousness." Once again... meaningless nonsense.

It's pretty sad that most people in America believe in god.

No and nobody else should either. It doesn't make sense. The belief in god seems to be mostly a self serving/self created thing... people are afraid to die so they make stuff up. They can't handle their problems so they make stuff up. They pretend like they know god will help them, and that it will all work out somehow and that death is an illusion... all to anesthetize themselves from the horrors of this life.

@SolidSnake35: Responsible to semi responsible drug use can have a tremendous positive effect on your life. Aside from that I must state again that life is largely awful. It is boring, tedious, repetitive and it is mostly doing things you don't want to do. Of course you can get lucky and escape the typical soulless existence, but it is rare. With that in mind we should let people do drugs granted they don't hurt anyone else.

Of course we could also try to fix this shit society so people don't feel the need to get drunk and high all the time, but that would require actually coming together and having honest conversations... which will most likely never happen. So screw it... if anything we should make more drugs.

Life is awful... all drugs should be legal. Also a big reason your masters don't want drugs to be legal is because drugs make you think differently. God forbid someone actually had a personality in this society. We wouldn't want that would we?

We actually need a new world order and a one world government. Not an evil one of course... but people are largely pieces of shit so there is no real hope to ever achieve well being. Hopefully a meteor will destroy the earth soon.

I agree. Having kids is idiotic. We are extremely overpopulated... that alone makes having kids stupid. Also kids are annoying, and a sure way to guarantee that you will never reach your dreams.

@turtlethetaffer: Most people have no compassion for anyone other then themselves or those really close to them. People largely do not care about each other. IF someone wants to kill themselves its the end of the world because if violates their value system that they never questioned because they don't think for themselves. There are countless people suffering and dying who want to live, yet these same people who are against suicide will do nothing to help them.

@whipassmt: I don't know about those studies/stories... got a link? Aside from that I do not think it is "insane" to want to die. These treatments you are talking about may or may not work, but it's going to be a pain in the ass nonetheless. Maybe the person just wants to die. How can we force life on people? What's it to you anyway? There are countless people who are dying right now who want to live, and most people do not care to act to prevent that, yet they are outraged when someone wants to commit suicide.
