Its not hard to get it to run with DosBox, it is a slightly bit more of a pain than most other old dos games though as it was quite a high end game back in the days of dos, just go to the Elder Scrolls wiki pages there's an article on there giving step by step instructions.

I've got Daggerfall running on my Samsung Galaxy 3, not very playable on a touch screen mind you :)

People will pirate games regardless of how much protection you put up, christ i had a hacked xbox 360 within the first few months of it coming out, if its that easy to hack hardware software hasn't got a chance. The best copy protection Microsoft have ever done is make the 360 so shoddy you'd get the red rings of death, then because you hacked it you voided the warranty. Made me not hack it again :)
