I do not know anything about there extended warranties, I have never worried about it, I have never had a problem with anything I have ordered from them.. also on your shipping from them, I would just do the standard delivery. I have never had an order take more then 3 days to be delivered once it is shipped. meaning if I order on Monday I have it at my door on Thursday..

Not sure what you mean by warranty, you mean they are offering an extended warranty on it?

I wrote my comment about the case fan before you posted your case and I am not 100% sure about it but it looks to me like where the front case fans would go would be a 120mm fan instead of an 80mm fan someone that has the case might be able to give you a positive answer on that

everything looks good, I have the 940 and it is a nice cpu. Depending on what case you choose you might not need the extra case fan. I have the same psu and it has a tone of cables and they are more then long enough.. your OEM HDD and DVD drive wont come with any SATA cables but the picture of the Motherboard shows it comes with plenty

If you go with a 32 bit operating system you will not utilize your 6gb of ram because 32 bit only sees 3gb of ram, I dont know much about the intel systems but I would say a good 700w will run your system with out problems you could go with the 780w to future proof it if the cost is worth it to you so you dont have to upgrade later

The motherboard is compatable, but make sure you have 90 degree angel sata cables because your sata ports face the back of the board.. the card looks good also, but I am not to up to date on the gpu part of computers

I have always bought my parts from Newegg, they have great customer service and there prices are usually cheaper then other places
