@mezzanine58: @saturatedbutter tends to make pretty thoughtful comments. I don't want to comment on the quality of them, but they've stood out to me over time because of the obvious thought that would be required to make them in the situations that they were made.

If you do have a desire to work towards communicating more effectively, I'd recommend avoiding combinations of words such as, "childish sarcasm".

You did get me thinking though. "Why would @mezzanine58 respond this way to @saturatedbutter's non-offensive statement?"

Because of something that happened in the past? My best inclinations make me think that this is an example of "butthurt".

@saturatedbutter: You got me thinking. Is static noise for space explorers comparable to wind for ocean explorers?

@Jawehawk-DK: To be honest, it doesn't bother me as long as the articles are interesting like this one. Bonus points for intelligence.

Sure, if Gamespot starts posting articles I'm not interested in, I'll just go to one of countless other sites. I don't own Gamespot. They've been my preferred site for years, but if they change to become something I don't like, I'll find something that fits me better.

It really makes me wonder.

@mezzanine58: Does sound only exist after it's perceived or would the waves still be defined as a sound before it reaches a listening device? Strangely, there is more than one definition of "sound".

I'd say that a sound exists regardless of whether or not it is perceived. But that's just a theory...

@silversix_: It's just the slowed down sound of a fart with reverb. You would love it.

@aaron25m: Sure it's not about gaming... but it is about something that fascinates me and others who enjoy this site.

This article presented scientific facts in a way appealed to the "exploration receptors" in our brains.

Do you have any of those?

I spent 20 or 30 minutes on the European version of this and it seemed pretty good for playing in small bursts. The graphical style is great... if only they used something more like this on the Final Fantasy V and VI remakes.

Still, I'd prefer to play it on PC with a controller in my hand. It would be great if they'd release some version of Exvius on Steam.
