Hi there
I noticed on your sponsored links a site [removed link- JodyR]......i was suprised to see them on gamespot because the site is a bit a scam. Im not sure wether you have control over these links or what side of the law this site is from so ill tell you about them and you can judge for yourself.
I wanted an alternative to PSN and when i put 'legal ps3 downloads' into google a number of sites came up.....one of them being the following
[removed link- JodyR]
Anyway......it looked like a good deal - $50 one off payment to access to the sites library of downloadable ps3 content....on retrospect i was very stupid to believe it. Anyway once you paid ya money the options in the site 'members area' diminish to a choice of 3 torrent search engines and free 'burning' software - the torrents are of course illegal and wouldnt work anyway.
Going back to the site and reading the disclaimer the small print does say it does not endorse the use of illegal p2p torrents. Fair enough they covered themselves saying that but it doesn't change the fact that the site misleads people into paying for absolutly nothing! Also - their 60 day money back guarantee is a lie - they are uncontactable ive sent two emails and had no reply and their support line is never open.
It bugs me to see crooks like them advertising on a site that i trust - what are you going to do about it?
