Try going to GTPlanet, watch how fast you get shot down. It's common knowledge that ONLY premium cars have cockpit view.

All 1000+ cars will have cockpit view. 200 cars are premium cars with extreme attention to detail. All cars will have damage of some sort. Certain cars will have only paint scratch because thats what the car manufacturers allow.
