Alright, i found RDR2 to be exactly what this blogger is describing here. Days Gone is something else: it contains fun gameplay. Not like RDR2 which was tedious in every way. Bloggers these days... i wish they had more sense for the stuff they are blogging about.
i am terribly sorry, but i am not interested in another sequel of this universe. i already found the second to be unnecessary. i hope for them that there are enough fans of this brand out there to make this game the success they want.
not supporting anything multiplayer. this friday the 13th game had zero appeal in the first place. what is the point of offline challenges now" desperation? monster hunter world was the exception i bought in terms of online games because mh:world’s online is only optional. what i don‘t get is how naive way too many devs and publishers are by producing crap no one asked for and a market research would have suggested going another route,
people's behavior is so predictable and boring. that's why i stopped supporting online games completely. i already have to deal with humans every day. when i'm gaming i want to have fun . not having to fight the same stupid antics when hobby'ing
what do you mean? what is there to maintain? nintendo's online infrastructure is famous for being stuck in the stoneage and the proprietors are pretty clueless what's going on in the online world. again, what do they have to maintain? checking that no one used a online alias that could be profane?
i watched the trailer on psn after all the biased reviews the past few days.. and they were unable to show me some actual gameplay. the trailer couldn't have been more boring. this is always a big alarm bell. so i refrained from an impulse purchase. and boy, am i glad i double checked. this seems to be a real turd on a stick.
lose the procedural bullcrap, design your game so that players don't get bored out of their minds. apply some game mechanic that are engaging. kudos for the scam of the year, but if they want to be taken seriously, they should approach the business like they are worth it. and also capable. next time if you release a walking simulator, call it walking simulator and don't make up stories about a game you'd like to play.
