True skill is based off of the ELO ratings that are used for chess. Basically what this means is that each person is assigned a numerical rating (usually hidden) that corresponds to their skill level. When players compete their numerical rating (the True Skill rating) are used to determine how much experience you will gain/lose from a win or loss. For instance, if my TS has a rating of, say, 2000 and yours is 1000, then I will lose A LOT of experience if I lose because the system says that I should win based on my TS rating. Conversely, if you win you will gain much more experience then if you would have beaten an opponent with a similar TS rating. Make sense?

I would have to say that Command and Conquer 3 is very difficult even on the easiest difficulty. That's really due more to the controls and cheap and relentless enemy AI. Ninja gaiden 1and2 on Master Ninja are also very challenging.
Basically you will only need the 60GB version. The elite is a completely useless unit now that the new 360's have HDMI. I only have the 20GB HDD version and its been fine. If you get a console that was manufactured within the past few months you will be fine. The old consoles have faulty hardware so you probably would want to stay away from any of the 20GB units that are on sale now cause they may be faulty. You can google 'how to tell if my 360 is falcon' and there should be some useful info that can point you in the right direction.
If you get one that was created within the past few months (I think it is anything after August 08) you should be fine. If you google 'how to tell my 360 is falcon' you should find the lot# and team ect and thus determine what you are looking for.
