If you are going to get a 360 within the next little while I would definitely wait for Forza Motorsport 2. While PGR and Burnout will provide some good fun they will probably not be anywhere near Forza. Forza runs in 60 frames per second and has a wealth of customization options not found in the other two titles. They are releasing some video footage this week so you could check it out and see for yourself. If you need a racing game then WAIT FOR FORZA 2. It's only a month or so away and chances are you will enjoy that one a great deal more than Burnout or PGR. So to answer your question...PASS on BOTH.
