I don't know about launch, but I hope those two games come to the Wii U. If Nintendo misses out on all the multi platforms again... it's not gonna be good.

I'm not opposed to having story and even emotion in a Metroid game... but get someone who knows how to write! This will sound offensive, but not everyone is into the Japanese style of melodramatic anime... as proven by Other M.

I like Other M's style of gameplay, but we should be able to fully play in first person as well. This would take a lot of work to make it good but I think it would be one hell of a game. And no more central hub areas, no more space station simulated desserts, jungles, etc etc. Let's go back to a planet (or planets).

I've seen this game used at Gamestop for 10 bucks but didn't get it. I'm not a big fan of Metroid Prime, to be honest, so would this game be worth it for me?rubber-chicken

This game is nothing like Metroid Prime. And there isn't a lot of backtracking either, the game is pretty linear. If those were the things you didn't like about Prime, they're not here. This game has a really great control scheme. Its environments are uninspired compared to the Prime trilogy and the cutscenes are pretty ham-fisted, but overall I think it's one of the best games on the Wii. I would give it a go, especially since it's so cheap now.

Until the Wii U even gets a game that I want, I won't be purchasing. Actually, I probably won't be purchasing until a Metroid game is announced and, after Other M, this seems unlikely.

I agree with all except architecture. How is that useless?

I think the most difficult part was him being my best friend. I can get over our relationship, as I have others, but losing my best friend at the same time was painful. What do you do when you need your best friend at a difficult time, only it was them that broke up with you? ugh. My current mentality is that I can keep talking with him (since it makes me feel slightly better) until I move on. I just hope it won't hinder my moving on

this may not be so applicable to the male folk, but you never know.

long story short, my best friend and bf of two years basically dumped me for another chick in november. We decided to remain friends since the break up was pretty amicable, but I was distant for months. I've done some flirting and one time dates since then, but nothing seems as good as what we had. I was miserable so I've started talking to him more recently... it's helped a bit since he still deems me important enough to talk to but at the same time I am jealous that he moved on right away and is all happy and s***, while I'm still alone. Do I just need to get in another relationship or what? Am I still talking to him with a sense of false hope? I dunno... if I'm miserable with and without him, what do I do?

I live to drink. I can hardly wait until it's the weekend so I can go out for a beer (or 9).

Last night I received 7 password request emails from netflix, all spaced out between 1 AM and 6 AM. Netflix was down recently, so I dunno if this is an error in their system or if it sounds like someone was trying to guess my password? I dunno who would even know the email I use for netflix, but I guess what i'm asking is if anyone else got a bunch of password request emails from netflix after their recent down time on sunday night....
