Fantastic game. I still remember the first time I played RE1 on playstation in the basement with no lights on... Scared the living crap out of me.Clive Barker's Undying: the only game I've ever played that made me stop playing, get up and turn on the lights.

[QUOTE="Velocity"]NEVER USE AIR CAN. Get a vacuum to take the dust out. Air conditioned room is nice to.Respawn-dWhy not? Because if you tilt it the wrong way the gas will come out, and can possibly short something. It says it in both the 360 and PS3 manual, not to use compressed air. It says in the manual to actually use the brush attachment on your vacuum. Id rather play things safe, even when you're careful with those things they sometimes release a small puff of the gas.
[QUOTE="kozzy1234"]No, you're wrong. Many people have this problem. I am one of them. You're the first Ive heard of. 10 of us lan this once a week and were all fine.I play TF2 every day and it never goes below 60FPS ever, rarely under 80FPS.
This is a problem with your computer, not Valve or TF2.
The game runs fantastic for me and tons of my friends.
Reformat, do a defrag, try differnt drivers,etc...
TF2 runs perfect for me and is one of hte best optimized games around.

[QUOTE="fm_coyote"][QUOTE="DJ_Magneto"]Your topic got me wondering. Will the towel trick work on this new Xbox? Just a hypothetical. No need to try to answer it.DJ_MagnetoOn the new 250gb that came out or on his "new" xbox? I ask because you say "this" If you're talking about the 250gb model, I don't think so. I've read on a few sites that the new 360 will shut down at a certain temp. to prevent serious damage. So in theory, it shouldn't even get to the point where you need the towel trick.. but.. everything works theory. lol I'm talking about the new remodeled 360 or the "Slim" as so many people like to call it. I know about the auto shut down feature. But the new console can still have a general hardware failure. No piece of consumer technology is immune to failures. So if you have a general hardware failure "Red Light," maybe you can still do the towel trick, because the console's operating system wouldn't boot if you turned it on and the auto shutdown would not work in this case. At least I wouldn't think it would. Again, this is all hypothetical, and I'm just thinking "out loud." So no need to get into a debate. I get what you're saying, I wasn't trying to debate anything actually, just friendly banter. It's going to be very interesting to see what's been fixed, what hasn't and what old issues or new ones for that matter, will pop up.

We all lose. It looks like it's a pretty intense and fun game.
Whoops! I didn't realize I accidentally wrote: "Would anybody who thinks they are funny please try to insult this game?" My mistake :) It's nice to have a game that isn't repeatedly blowing someone's head off thousands of times in a row. But guess none of you would understand that! Have fun pissing people off ;) Don't lump all of the users of this forum into the same pile as those that can be rude.
