GS's new video fetish is really turning me off of this place. It's way faster, easier, and quieter for me to just read a simple article. If it's a video 90% of the time I'm just going to say nah and move on without ever seeing the content

I wish this would stop. There are not four different characters. They're all Arno with each player's custom kit. You are always playing Arno. You see other players as Arno's character model with their own kit and a random NPC's head.
