From what I've played thus far, Dogs would have been a lot better if it was a much more controlled "open world" ala Dishonored, or simply not open world at all.
This really really sound like an AC game, which isn't necessarily bad except that I've been really burnt by the last few AC games. Just how similar are we talking here, Kev?
Give me an LOTR game with the open world RPG structure of Elder Scrolls/Witcher, the dialog/quest style of Bioware, an update of the exceptional combat of the Return of the King game, and the RTS elements of Age Of Empires all in one and then we'll talk about "the LOTR game I've always wanted"
