@lostrib: The comment was made about casual gamers yet we have no consensus on what a casual gamer is.

Can someone give us the definition of a "casual gamer"? Is it dependent on time spent gaming? The genres someone like? Please enlighten me because just recently I classified myself as such due to the fact that I have a few franchises that I'm more or less loyal to. I game on a PC which I spent some pretty coin on. I recently bought my first console in 17 years, the 3ds xl and am enjoying Ocarina of time. However, I game from hour and a half to 3 hours a day. Hardcore casual?

@handssss: Thanks! You're right. They should have just made 2 games. One pirate themed IP and the other an AC game. That way the guys that like pirates can play the pirate game and the AC guys can play the AC game.

I was watching a friend play ac4 and was really liking the pirate theme. It reminded alot of FC3 and the openness and exploration is awesome but then he hit an abstergo mission. That was really jarring to me. Before I pick this game up on Friday I need to know how many of those missions are there.

The reviews say not to worry as they are over quickly but do they weigh down the story of pirates and everything? I'm really digging the pirate part just not the modern day sequences. Will I be disappointed if I buy this as a pirate sim. Thanks.

Put this together in July. Saved a year for it.

Video of my rig in action on BF4 at ultra 1080p:

I regularly watch LCS so it will be interesting to compare it to this. I bought the compendium a week ago and have only just learned how to use lol.

Proof that people dont care about gameplay. RIP gaming. ShoulderOfOrion
Correct me if I'm wrong but the gameplay is what is holding the game back from GOTY status. I have played it and I tend to agree with that statement.

[QUOTE="lostrib"]

why would i want to play BF4 on consoles? bleh

KingOfAsia

idk but I have this pc at home but its useless everything I can do on my pc I can do on my xbox one or ps4. all FPS are now at 64 players I can pay $500 for something thats still good and I paid 1100 for my pc

Wait so you are asking why you would want to do something on something you already have when you can do it on something you don't have? How about, oh I don't know, NOT BUYING THE NEW CONSOLES AND SAVING 500 BUCKS SINCE YOU ALREADY HAVE A THING THAT DOES ALL THAT! But in all honesty, I don't think you have that rig. Only my opinion.

Thinking of getting this game, does it support the 360 gamepad? That would be the make or break it for me.

Whiteblade999

Nope, you want a diablo like game that works with a controller then grab Borderlands 2.

This is what I meant to reply to. BL2 is great loot whore game. Can't put it down.
