Pretty simple pass. Played the last game when it went on sale for like 5 dollars. Lasted less than a day. Game was not horrible but had 0 replay value and was way too short and easy.
But all single player games are getting to be this way. The days of games taking 40+ hours is over. Even some of the longest RPGs brag about 40 hours when they actually like 20-30 actually and out of that a lot is slow walking and/or cutscenes/dialogue not actual gameplay.
Video games like a Florida beach. In the 70s those beaches were awesome. But over the years the massive influx of people have ruined them. Still some decent beaches in Florida to find but you got to look real hard.
@Sepewrath: Must be a cellphone thing. Because it is combined on my cable service. Could not watch a show or movie on a phone anymore than I could play a game on a handheld.
And really has Cinemax ever really had content? Banshee about all I can think of that was decent.
So? Content upgrade be great if every season was not already announced to reset.
Seasons were introduced in d2 because the bots flooded and inflated the economy and was the only way to keep the game fresh. Every season introduced in every game since is absolutely useless.
This game is not designed for seasons it is designed for exactly this constant content upgrades like a Destiny-like system(Please no timelock content though).
D4 has no real endgame atm. What they had in the endgame beta was total garbage and be boring in a week.
But I have hope because NO diablo has released with actual content for endgame. D2 was a niche game till LoD. D3 was just plain broke and had nothing till they put in rift mechanics.
@Ice-Cube: depends on your time zone. If in PST or mountain time it is pretty early 4-5 pm. If you in prince edwards or somewhere FAR east yeah it is like 8pm.
@Ice-Cube: Because a midnight release is for staggered release times based on time zones. And glad blizzard does universal release time instead of that. Where NZ and Japan are playing nearly a day before everyone else.
