@doubtless1: says the guy that adds nothing to the conversation except a vague insult.
Pretty much just said that there is nothing good going to come from Microsoft taking over BGS and if you do not believe that you are the one that needs some knowledge and experience.
But I am going to guess you are not talking about the main point of this thread anyway and just do not like my opinion on some game you like.
@keiser69: You do know what they say about opinions right? To me every game you mention there other then ES6 I would not even try if they were free(and most are). But I did not say they do not make quality games I said that their involvement has never improved a games quality.
I could interject my opinion on all those games but I realize it is just opinion. But big business ruining gaming is a FACT. Bigger a company gets the more the accountants have to do with development. They will start rushing development. Their decisions will not be based on making a good game for some but how to make a mediocre game for the masses(Halo).
Then the game will be released and instead of hiring REAL talent to update and patch the game. They will hire a bunch of cheap no talent hacks that will listen to twitter, youtube. reddit and ruin the game further after release.
Anyone would be better then Daniel Craig. I would even rather watch Timothy Dalton bonds then the new ones. But I would almost lay money on the next Bond being a female. And it would still be better then Craig.
@sabredj: Lol hope all you want but it wont happen. Someone is not paying attention to the entire history of gaming if you think Microsoft is going to do BGS games any good in terms of quality. Should just be hoping they do not totally destroy the titles you enjoy.
@Barighm: you farmed everything in bl2 in a single afternoon you were cheating. Sure you could get everything at low levels but had to refarm it every few OP levels or get crushed. If you was doing it in multiplayer and thought you was playing legit believe me you werent everyone cheated had to avoid multiplayer all together.
Btw we all cheated because it would take you a month to get a decent rolled DP herald without cheating but i am not even counting that particular cheat.
Was probably Hunter Biden selling the card and some Chinese Official as the buyer. To hide his access to daddy payments. Kidding aside it was probably some kind of thing like this to hide a payment for something shady.
@kuchiki-ness: pretty much what "what we know so far" means on this site. Whenever you see that phrase in the title you know they know nothing new. And this might be the first Zelda i skip that came out on a console(hate handhelds). Because I am tired of buying a system for 1 or 2 games.
@thecupidstunts: not about his skills or how "jacked" he is it is the fact he is a good 2 feet shorter then Roland. If it was 30 years ago I would suggest Tony Todd as Roland. But I guess they really do not care about age appropriate casting either.
And same with the Female leads. Lilith is NOT 52 years old. And Tannis is not 62 and Moxxi dang sure isnt 58 years old.
Imo they are doing this backwards. Inquisition i might of put in 20 hours into the single player campaign. Their multiplayer was generic and probably a ton cheaper to develop yet I put like 500 hours into it. And of that 500 hours i mostly soloed the multiplayer but still liked it.
Never been a huge fan of dragons age. But that has a lot to do with the fact I do not like AI controlled allies. I mean I avoid matchmaking in most multiplayer games to avoid dead weight scrubs I do not need my single player games to have them.
But if they do decide to focus on single player I sure hope they have some real play time to complete with some good post game content or new game+ content. That has been missing from single player rpgs for a long time.
@itchyflop: Wouldnt even call what red dead does "gunplay" its just an auto aim fest. Heck some of the better gunplay games like destiny or the division i even turn off the aim assist.
And games with a background story like Final fantasy are great to set up a whole world and such to play in. But the story itself is usually bland and predictable.
Guess i grew up with pure gameplay because arcade games and atari did not have much story. But I also enjoyed text based games that had no gameplay at all. But you truly affected the story by playing not watched a story while playing like you do with story driven games now.
