@Pierce_Sparrow: you may have white privilege but I sure as hell don't. Would love to have some though. Even if I did I would not apologize for it.
Would love for you to go out in real life and tell someone they are privileged and need to apologize for it too and see what happens.
And do not disrespect the US with your BS. America had racism at its inception because the WORLD DID. And the world still does it not a US only problem. If you truly believe that crap then why do you live here?
@KahnArtizt: That is all actiblizzard does is market to children. What they did not get all the kids in CoD because of the rated M thing well here we have overwatch. WoW too hard and too many adults play well here we will make it kid friendly and even put panda bears in it.
No actiblizzard is definitely the creepy guy in the windowless van with a bowl of candy.
@gifford38: understand that but I explained that. I said only if you want to get the power out of the ps5. Without a new tv and the 2.1 connection you would have an expensive ps4 pro.
CoD player base is toxic because the player base is so young. Not because it is full of racists. Most of the so called ingame racism is a bunch of kids that say all kinds of crap they don't understand. If CoD wants to take such a high moral position how about not marketing a rated M game to kids?
I mean you hear a castrated chipmunk using the N word you can be pretty sure it isn't racist. How many of us older people used terms like "gay" in way that is not acceptable today when we were kids? Are we all anti-lgbtq now, was we then?
The term racist is used too much these days. Insensitive yes. I can even admit that I am insensitive at times. You would be lying if you did not admit it yourself no matter what your skin color is. To be racist you have to HATE another race or feel innately superior because of your race.
@Pierce_Sparrow: Empathy is not sympathizing with one side of the issue. How about you put on that other shoe.
Shutting down a service your customers have paid for, for your own agenda aside. Put the shoe of a police officer in the street right now. Getting spit on, beat, cursed at, Blamed for an incident you had nothing to do with just because of the color of your skin and uniform. I mean if that was done to any other skin color then white imagine the outrage.
The entire assumption that this was a racially motivated crime is in itself racist. There is no evidence it was except the fact the officer was white. \
Put yourself in the shoes of someone that believes in the rule of law, And a bunch of companies joining a protest that is unjust that is protesting injustice. You know what we used to call a group of people out in the street screaming demands before the justice system has had time to work? A lynch mob.
I have alot of experience in grief and loss. And i can tell you in most instances the ones voicing their empathy are full of it and could care less. It is the people that say nothing and leave you alone that have true empathy.
